I have never in my life been treated so well in a car dealership! Every single Staff Member was friendly and welcoming. I had thought the whole process would take a couple of days and was thrilled to drive away in my beautiful, new Nissan Sentra in only a couple of hours.The financial business was quick and pleasant and she totally made me feel at ease. My Sales Representative Tony Reynolds was outstanding! He answered all my questions, introduced me to the Service Center and Staff, gave a tutorial on the various features of the car and even took the Toll transponder out of my old car and put it in the Sentra for me. Everyone smiled and waved at me when I left in my new car. It was truly an amazing experience. Their Customer service is second to none. Thank you everyone for treating me like I matter. This is not the case in many businesses these days. I highly recommend Michael Jordan Nissan to anyone who is looking for a new car.

I always have a fantastic experience at Michael Jordan Nissan's Service Department! They are efficient, friendly and prompt! But Alice Hinnant is one of the best! She always greats me with a friendly smile and makes sure my Nissan is in tip top condition!

They charged me $6000 for a new transmission in Feb 2023. Transmission just failed again and it's going to cost another $6000. Dealership refused to help, sent me to Nissan corporate, who told me to work with the dealership. Nissan was the worst purchase decision I've ever made. Buyer beware - Nissans are a money pit and this dealership is not trustworthy.

Do NOT go to Michael Jordan Nissan for car service. I dropped off my car because the check engine light was on. I told the representative the car was 23 years old and not to do any work until they called me and knew what the issue was. They called me and said it would cast $5,500 to replace the transmission. A reputable transmission shop in town just quoted me $3,800. To make matters worse, when I went to pick my car up to take it to the other shop, Michael Jordan Nissan charged me over $315!!! They said the diagnostic was $185, and they changed the oil before checking the check engine light. What?!? And since when does an oil change on a 20yrs old sedan cost $130?!?!? Terrible experience. They really took advantage of me. I have three young kids and didn’t have time to argue with them. So disappointed. DO NOT take your care to MJ Nissan for service. Shame on you Mr. Simonette for your reply below. MJ Nissan should have never performed the oil change! When I dropped the car off I asked the representative to assess the check engine light, and call me before doing any work. I agreed to the $185 assessment fee. Everything else MJ Nissan did they did without my consent and then charged me for! I hope my post saves at least one person from being taken advantage of by the MJ Nissan service department. I honestly can't believe you are trying to justify your actions.

I had a fantastic experience with Michael Jordan Nissan! I was assisted primarily by Jason Linares with leasing a car; as a first timer, I appreciated how knowledgeable, supportive, and generally pleasant he and the rest of the staff, including Ashley Best, were. The service department as well was responsive and made initially dropping off my damaged car as smooth as possible. When there were issues that made the leasing process more difficult, Jason and the team went the extra mile to accommodate me and ensure I got the best, most convenient deal. He said he’s there to help people, and I believe it! I would certainly recommend this particular dealership to others, especially first-time buyers or lessees like myself.

The service department at Michael Jordan Nissan has been providing us with excellent service since the late 1990’s on our various Nissan automobiles. Truly, I have never been disappointed or frustrated with anyone in the service department. They are the best! On my latest visit, I was experiencing a unique problem with the audio system. Freddy was a fantastic asset. He was able to troubleshoot and had great knowledge of the situation. He also took the time to explain what was done. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. If you are fortunate enough to encounter Freddy in the service department, rest assured, you are in good hands.
